Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the date the order was delivered. Requests received after this period may not be eligible for refund.
Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in new, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain products are final sale and cannot be refunded. These include clearance items, promotional items, and customized or personalized products.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Punta Brava Apparel is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Punta Brava Apparel will provide instructions for return or replacement at no additional cost to the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be processed instead.
