Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within two to three business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. In the event of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer, and customers will be notified if delays are expected.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
Punta Brava Apparel ships orders using trusted carriers such as the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or FedEx. The specific carrier and shipping method may vary depending on the order’s size, weight, and destination. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to Puerto Rico, all fifty United States, and FPO/APO addresses. Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within three to seven business days after processing. Please note that delivery to remote areas, military addresses, or non-continental U.S. locations may take longer.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items in your order and the shipping method selected. From time to time, Punta Brava Apparel may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on the Site. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Risk of Loss
All products purchased from Punta Brava Apparel are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the carrier has confirmed delivery at the shipping address provided. Punta Brava Apparel is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
Delays and Service Interruptions
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or disruptions caused by carriers. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep customers informed and assist with tracking issues.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Punta Brava Apparel is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges that result from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may be required to pay for reshipping.
